Meet Our Team
Dr. Sierra Shoman
Medical Director
Dr. Sierra Shoman is a born and raised North Dakotan! She grew up in West Fargo, saving animals and riding horses! She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology at North Dakota State University in 2015. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 from Oklahoma State University.
Dr. Shoman’s professional interests include holistic medicine (she trained in acupuncture at The Chi Institute) and feline medicine. Dr. Shoman is a member of the North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association.
She devotes much of her spare time to animal rescue efforts. She also enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, cooking, and crafting.
Dr.Shoman is no stranger to All Pets Hospital Inc.; she worked as a veterinary technician with us in the summers of 2016 & 2017. She officially joined our practice as a doctor in July 2019.
Dr. Zachary Young
Veterinarian
Dr. Zachary Young grew up in Franklin, Ohio. He attended the University of Findlay for his undergraduate studies. He went on to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for his veterinary degree and graduated in 2019
He is passionate about the Arbor Day Foundation, mentoring students, and rescue work. Outside of work, he enjoys wood working and auto work. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and three children.
Dr. Stephanie Iverson
Veterinarian
Dr. Stephanie (Steph) Iverson grew up on a farm in Hatton, North Dakota, where she enjoyed playing sports, hunting, fishing and spending time with her animals.
Steph attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where she earned a degree in biology, chemistry, and biotechnology.
During this time, she spent her summers and free time working as a farm hand and trainer at a local Arabian horse farm. She was also given the opportunity to live and work as a wrangler in Glacier National Park for a summer.
After finishing her undergraduate degree, she was accepted to the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine program in Fort Collins, Colorado. After completing her degree and graduating in 2020, she worked for just over 4 years in Crosby, MN. She worked as a general practitioner focusing on small animal and equine of which included a high volume of emergency work.
Dr. Iverson has many interests but likes to spend most of her time doing outdoor activities such as spending time with her 3 dogs, riding her horses, watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing and paddle-boarding. She is very excited to be back home, close to family and friends and to take care of your pets in the Grand Forks and surrounding areas.
Katrina Nielsen
Veterinary Technician
Katrina also known as Katie was born in Grand Forks, but grew up in Biloxi, Mississipi and Fisher, Minnesota. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activites including fishing, skeet shooting, and hunting. When asked what some of her interests in Veterniary Medicine were she included large animal care, working in the lab, and diagnostics. Katie joined the All Pets team in May of 2019.
Allyson Schonfeld
Veterinary Technician
Allyson was born and raised in Oscoda, Michigan. Some of her interests in Veterinary Medicine include: venipuncture, dentistry, emergency and critical care, and client education. In her free time she enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter. Allyson joined the All Pets team in October of 2020 as a Veterinary Technician.

Ryan Wauzynski
Office Manager
Ryan was born and raised in Hibbing, Minnesota and moved to Grand Forks in 2019. He became a member of the All Pet in September of 2020. In his spare time Ryan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his pets Willa, Leo, and Tonks. His favorite part about working at All Pets Hospital is being able to be around animals all day and being a part of a team with the mutual goal of providing our furry friends the best possible care.
Sabrina Hollis
Client Service Representative
Sabrina was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog and her bearded dragon. Her favorite part about working at All Pets Hospital is being able to learn new information each day about Veterinary Medicine and being able to use that knowledge to help others learn it as well. Sabrina joined the All Pets team in February 2021.
